    This steak looks much like a well marbled, juicy flank steak but is long in shape. Can be seasoned and grilled or marinated for fajitas.

     Best if marinated and cooked over medium high heat for a few minutes. Do not over cook this steak and be sure to cut it against the grain

     Also known as the top blade steak, this cut is from the upper blade of the chuck, is tender, well marbled for a juicy flavor and plumps when cooked.

  Great for BBQ, this is a tender and lean choice for lunch or dinner. Cooking Instructions: best if cooked in a semi-moist heat for several hours.
 
 
  Short Ribs
